使用场景
平台销售订单拉取到系统【待发货审核】状态(仓库SKU会默认取平台SKU),订单提交审核发货时,系统会校验仓库SKU是否存在,即:系统里面的产品资料管理里面是否有维护 仓库sku
针对同一个SKU,平台SKU与仓库SKU不一致的情况下,则需要有SKU关系映射,
前提,平台SKU有规律,如:#号之后的就是仓库SKU等,因此会用上拆分规则。可以不用重复创建【SKU关系管理】
说明:因支持模式场景较多,具体如何设置前,需根据具体平台SKU的规律情况具体分析来设置,以下举例的常见场景来理解此功能。
操作路径
订单管理系统-》系统管理-》平台SKU拆分规则-》添加拆分规则
1.设置规则条件:
指定平台:如果多个平台都是同一个SKU编号 可多选
指定店铺 :如果多个店铺都是同一SKU编号 可多选应用于同一规则
规则一:简易规则
适用于 :SKU调用该规则拆分后,拆分后得到的SKU还需要再找【SKU关系管理】里维护的映射关系
如:
同一个SKU,内部管理的仓库SKU: book
在不同平台多个店铺 下销售时:
eBay01 平台SKU SKU-1-88
eBay02 平台SKU 020-1-88
Amazon01 平台SKU 010-1-88
则,设置:
a截取位数:截取对应仓库SKU的位数
如下图举例:SKU-1-88 从右到左截取4位数 截取后仓库SKU为 1-88

b删除位数:删除多余的仓库SKU位数
如下图举例:A-11-88 从左到右删除2位 删除后仓库SKU为 11-88

规则二:复杂规则
针对拆分后的SKU,就直接是仓库sku,且相对复杂点的拆分,如去除 前缀,后缀以及无效字符或者拆分组合的SKU等。

不同平台多个店铺 下销售时:
eBay01 平台SKU e01-book
eBay02 平台SKU e02-book
Amazon01 平台SKU A01-book
“-”之前的无效,则可以设置:前置无效字符

注:此参数用于规定所设置的截取规则的截取次数例如设置了 SKU后置无效分隔符为“-”截取循环参数设置2 则平台SKU“xx1-xx2-xx3” 截取之后的仓库SKU为xx1
规则三:字符过滤规则
针对拆分后的SKU,就直接是仓库sku,相对简易的,直接过滤字符后就是仓库SKU的模式
如下图举例:
仓库SKU为A1231
不同平台多个店铺 下销售 A-123-1#
系统操作去掉SKU无效字符 - - # 截取后仓库SKU为A1231 系统会自动将平台上的SKU与仓库中的SKU做映射关联
注:做完复杂的SKU拆分规则后无需设置SKU关系映射
设定动作
SKU关系是否指定账号 :当选择否时对应SKU关系账号为全部,当选择是时对应的SKU关系账号为订单对应的账号。
